Kero One – Early Believers (2009)
The Feel
Kero One’s Early Believers is a feel-good Hip Hop album that doesn’t sacrifice intelligence for its positive mood.
The Production
The production on Early Believers is beautiful. Kero combines soulful and jazzy sounds with vintage synthesizers, a Rhodes 88, and of course the ubiquitous MPC 2000XL, among other instruments.

Kero One’s Early Believers is for the early believers; he dedicates the album to those “who have been down with my art since day one. In that spirit Kero One showcases some of his favorite vocalists on the album including Ben Westbeech, Tuomo, and Ohmega Watts.

Waxolutionists – We Paint Colors (2009)
Schwere Jungs aus Österreich. Mit dicken Produktionen sind die Waxolutionists am Start. Das Produzententrio aus Wien verzaubert die Hörer mit einer abwechslungsreichen Scheibe. "We Paint Colours" ist ein Mix zwischen schönen Jazzmelodien, pumpenden Synthesizern und klassischen Hip Hop Hymnen. Viele Instrumentals sind zu hören. Raptechnisch fehlt es den Jungs aber auch nicht an Unterstützung. Frank Nitty, Blu, Hezekiah oder auch Dave Ghetto greifen zum Mic. Die absolute easy Laid - Back Sommerhymne ist den Jungs mit dem Track "Showbiz" zusammen mit Roger von Blumentopf, Manuva und Flowin Immo gelungen. Unbedingt reinhören.
